Pentagon I Capital Files Statement for Qualifying Transaction
Pentagon I Capital Corp. has announced the filing of a statement regarding its qualifying transaction with Prospectiva Resources Ltd. This comes after receiving conditional acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). The transaction is expected to close around August 11, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
Upon completion, Pentagon will operate under the name Prospectiva Resources Ltd. and plans to meet Tier 2 Mining issuer listing requirements on the TSXV, trading under the symbol "PSVA." Pentagon's shares remain halted pending TSXV's further decisions.
Prospectiva, focused on copper and gold exploration in Brazil, aims to explore the underexplored Borborema Belt. The company is preparing a 2,500m drilling program to establish an initial Mineral Resource Estimate in 2027.
