Payment schedule for the repayment of share premium announced by Econocom

During its Extraordinary General Meeting of April 2, 2024, Econocom Group validated the reimbursement of an issue premium equivalent to paid-up capital of 0.16 euros per share. In accordance with article 7:209 of the Companies and Associations Code, this decision was published in the Annexes to the Belgian Official Gazette, thus authorizing the start of the coupon detachment period two months later.

The detachment date is scheduled for June 28, 2024, with a registration date of July 1, 2024 and premium payment on July 2, 2024. The operation will be managed by the paying agent Euroclear Belgium.
