Paulic Meunerie: 2024 Turnover Report
Paulic Meunerie, specializing in quality flours, announced a turnover of 19.2 million euros for 2024, recording an overall decline of 12% compared to the previous year. This decline is explained by the termination of a significant subcontracting contract which constituted approximately 20% of sales in 2023.
Despite this decline, the company managed to post 10% organic growth in volumes, demonstrating solid commercial momentum. Measures have been taken, such as a multi-year contract with a major distributor, strengthening mass distribution sales to €3.7 million in 2024 compared to €1.5 million in 2023.
By 2025, Paulic Meunerie plans to triple its production capacity, relying on price normalization and ambitious commercial initiatives.
