Paula Rosput Reynolds, New Director on the Board of Linde plc

Linde plc, a leading industrial gases and engineering company, has announced the election of Paula Rosput Reynolds as its new Board Director, effective immediately from February 27, 2024. Rosput Reynolds, with significant experience in the energy sector, will join Linde's Audit and Sustainable Development committees.

Reynolds' distinguished career includes key positions such as CEO of Duke Energy Power Services and President and CEO of AGL Resources. She currently serves as President and CEO of PreferWest LLC and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of National Grid plc, Director at General Electric and Independent Director at BP plc. His expertise will be a major asset to Linde, contributing to strengthening the strategic and international capabilities of the consultancy.
