Patriot Industrial Partners is expanding its Supply Chain Optimization services with Alan Young joining the team. Young, formerly the Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Vice President of Fabrication at Spirit AeroSystems, brings extensive experience to the firm.

Since the economic downturn in 2020, Aerospace and Defense (A&D) companies have faced challenges such as working capital constraints and misaligned supply and demand. Patriot aims to support its clients in navigating these difficulties, and Young's expertise will be a crucial asset.

Alan Young has a distinguished career in aerospace, with 38 years in supply chain management. He holds degrees from Queen's University Belfast and the University of Ulster, along with a Production and Inventory Management Certification through APICS.

Patriot focuses on strengthening its core business areas: Value Creation, Performance Improvement, and Supply Chain Optimization. Young's addition will help Patriot deliver superior service in these areas, providing clients with a sustained competitive edge.
