Heritage and Commerce: update of voting rights and shares
On December 1, 2025, Patrimoine et Commerce announced its total number of voting rights and shares. As of November 30, 2025, the company held 15,972,458 shares. Theoretical voting rights amounted to 27,668,945, while exercisable voting rights totaled 27,563,635. These figures include shares deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). Patrimoine et Commerce, specializing in the operation of retail real estate assets, remains listed on Euronext Paris. With a portfolio of over 560,000 m², the company continues to pursue strategic growth within the French real estate market.
