Pathfinder Ventures Amends Terms for Share Purchase Warrants
Pathfinder Ventures Ltd. has announced its intention to adjust the terms of its share purchase warrants. Originally, these warrants allowed the purchase of a common share at $0.08, valid until February 28, 2025. Post a 4:1 share consolidation, the company reduced the warrants to 1,250,000 exercisable at $0.32. The new modifications extend the expiry date to February 28, 2028, and reduce the exercise price to $0.20 per share.
Currently, non-insiders own 973,438 warrants, with insiders holding the remaining 276,562. Pathfinder seeks approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to amend 1,098,438 warrants, including 125,000 from insiders. This amendment is pending the Exchange's approval.
