Pathfinder Successfully Extends Debt Maturities
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 18, 2024 / Pathfinder Ventures Inc. (TSXV:RV) has announced the successful extension of the maturity dates for its Series 2021-07.CD10-A and 2021-07.CD10-B unsecured convertible debentures. The new maturity date is now set to March 1, 2026. These debentures, totaling $2,395,000, will retain an interest rate of 10% per annum, along with a 2% annual renewal fee.
The debentures can be repaid at any time without penalty. However, they will no longer be convertible into common shares and will be reclassified as regular debt in the company's financial statements. Pathfinder's strategic move aims to strengthen its financial position and provide more flexibility for future operational plans.
