Partnership for the construction of 180 housing units in Nantes

The REALITES group, CDC Habitat and Nantes Métropole Habitat are launching the construction of the Lykke Lodge residence in Nantes. This new program of 180 housing units, located near the city center, aims to strengthen the supply of affordable housing.

The project includes 114 intermediate housing units acquired off-plan by CDC Habitat and 66 social housing units acquired by Nantes Métropole Habitat. Lykke Lodge is distinguished by high environmental quality and takes into account the well-being of future residents and the preservation of biodiversity.

Marc Patay, Managing Director of Nantes Métropole Habitat, underlines the importance of this project in the context of the national housing crisis. Mike Mathelier, Deputy Managing Director of REALITES, highlights the environmental quality of Lykke Lodge.

This program is due to be delivered in 2027 and will include outdoor spaces for the majority of homes. BiodiverCity certified, the residence will provide classified wooded areas, soft mobility and convivial spaces.
