Partners Group has launched an evergreen fund targeting institutional investors. This comes as the firm's royalty portfolio now includes 30 investments across sectors like entertainment, pharmaceuticals, and energy transition. A fund for private wealth investors is planned for later this year.

Recent investments include acquiring rights to Warner Bros. Discovery’s extensive film and TV music rights catalogue and a royalty-backed note on Multimedia Music. Additional ventures involve a pharmaceutical royalty for urothelial cancer treatment and a structured royalty in US natural gas wells.

The diversified investment approach seeks to maintain low correlation with other asset classes. Partners Group's royalty strategy capitalizes on varied market opportunities and employs intricate investment structures.
