ParTec AG Extends Contracts and Reduces Management Board

On February 10, 2025, ParTec AG's Supervisory Board decided to extend the contracts of key management members by five years. Chairman Bernhard Frohwitter, CFO Hans Kilger, CSO Nurcan Rasig, and CHRO Frank Westermann will have their contracts extended until October 2030.

At the same time, Ina Schmitz and Thomas Moschny will resign from the Management Board but remain with the company as managing directors of ParTec Modular Computing Lab GmbH & Co. KG. Additionally, Dominik Ulmer has resigned from ParTec AG.

The Supervisory Board expressed gratitude for the achievements of the members stepping down and showed confidence in the company's future. CEO Bernhard Frohwitter thanked the board and colleagues for their continued trust and collaboration.
