PAREF Mixed General Meeting: all resolutions adopted by a very large majority

The Combined General Meeting of PAREF shareholders was held on Thursday May 23, 2024 in Paris, under the chairmanship of Mr. Antoine Castro. The quorum reached 78.93%, and all proposed resolutions were adopted by a very large majority.

This meeting made it possible to present the results for 2023 and the outlook for 2024. Antoine Castro expressed his gratitude to the shareholders for their support and trust, emphasizing that 99.9% of the resolutions were approved.

Anne Schwartz, Deputy Managing Director, also thanked the shareholders for their active participation and their constructive contributions during this meeting. PAREF's next financial meeting is set for July 30, 2024 for the half-year results.
