Building permit granted for the NAU! project in Frankfurt

PAREF, a European real estate management company, has obtained planning permission for its NAU! project in Frankfurt, which aims to transform a former office building into a 34,800 m² multifunctional space. The project will integrate offices, a hotel, restaurant spaces, and more, combining a distinctive design with a sustainable and digital infrastructure.

PAREF's ambitions include achieving DGNB Gold and BREEAM Excellent certifications for sustainability. The building will be connected to district heating and cooling networks, with underground parking and electric charging stations.

Strategically located near the Frankfurt Exhibition Center, the NAU! project strengthens PAREF's presence in Germany, aligning the group's strategy with sustainable development and real estate innovation.
