Pace® Analytical Services Expands Laboratory Network in the Northeastern United States

Pace® Analytical Services, a leader in analytical laboratory and regulatory testing services, announced the acquisition of Alpha Analytical, LLC, recognized with an Environmental Business Journal® (EBJ) Mergers and Acquisitions Award for year 2023. This operation marks a significant expansion of its environmental testing capacity in the northeastern United States and strengthens its skills in sediment forensics and petroleum contaminant analysis.

The integration of Alpha Analytical services, including two environmental laboratories and 11 service centers, expands the Pace® network and highlights the importance of proximity to its customers to develop partnerships based on shared values such as data integrity and sustainability. Greg Whitman, president of Pace® Analytical Services, highlighted the acquisition as a driver of affordability and increased capacity for customers in the region.

The 2023 EBJ Awards will be presented at a ceremony planned as part of the Environmental Industry Summit XXII, in San Diego in April 2024. This acquisition positions Pace® as a leading player, strengthening its national network laboratories through specialized services and a customer-oriented approach.
