Oxurion Receives Transparency Notification from Atlas Special Opportunities LLC
Leuven, BELGIUM – September 3, 2024 – Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussels: OXUR), a biopharmaceutical company, announced receiving a transparency notification under Belgian law.
On August 30, 2024, Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC notified Oxurion that on July 22, 2024, it held 2,028,567,725 shares representing 15.2% of the 13,362,647,372 outstanding shares, crossing above the 15% threshold through a purchase of voting securities.
Further, on August 30, 2024, Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC informed that on July 31, 2024, it held 1,937,193,391 shares, dropping below the 15% threshold following a sale of voting securities.
