Own Shares: Review of Purchases by Econocom Group

Econocom Group SE recently completed a share buyback of its own shares as part of a program authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders since 2021. Between March 3 and 9, 2025, the group purchased 158,074 Econocom shares. These transactions were carried out on the stock exchange on March 6 and 7, with 156,296 and 1,778 shares purchased respectively at average prices of €1.819 and €1.805 per share.
