OVHcloud Successfully Refinances with Inaugural Bond Issue and Green Loan
OVHcloud, a leading European cloud solutions provider, has announced the success of its refinancing efforts. The company has diversified its funding sources, with its main debt portfolio now comprising a €500 million bond, a €450 million Green Loan, a €200 million undrawn credit facility, and a €200 million loan from the European Investment Bank.
The €500 million bond, issued at a fixed rate of 4.75%, will mature in 2031, facilitating the repayment of a previous €470 million loan and strengthening OVHcloud's financial foundation. Additionally, OVHcloud has pioneered a Green Loan aligned with EU Taxonomy, emphasizing its commitment to sustainability.
OVHcloud has also integrated a potential transition to a "Sustainability Linked Loan" in its credit facility, highlighting its dedication to ESG principles. CFO Stéphanie Besnier expressed satisfaction with these financial strategies, reinforcing confidence in OVHcloud's business model.
