OTI Greentech AG: Subsidiary UNIservice with Very Good Italian 'Legality Rating'

Berlin, July 04, 2024 - The subsidiary UNIservice Unisafe Srl (UNIservice) of OTI Greentech AG, an international provider of sustainable chemicals and services, has received a 2-star rating from the Italian competition authority AGCM. This rating is the highest possible for a company with a foreign majority shareholder on a scale of up to 3 stars.

The legality rating, valid for 2 years, assesses a company's legal, economic, and ethical integrity. UNIservice previously had a 1-star rating. The improvement to 2 stars highlights the company's successful development and yields economic advantages, such as lower interest rates on loans.

Introduced by law in Italy in 2012, the legality rating represents high standards of company legality. The improvement in the rating also benefits discussions with banks, business partners, and employees, according to Matteo Niego, Managing Director of UNIservice Unisafe.
