OTAQ Plc Announces GM Results, Exercises Broker Option, and Discloses Director Dealing
OTAQ Plc, a technology company focused on aquaculture and offshore markets, announced the results of its General Meeting held earlier today. All resolutions presented were approved by eligible shareholders. Resolution 1 saw a 100% approval rate from shareholders eligible to vote.
The company also confirmed the issuance of £1.7 million in Placing Convertible Loan Notes. Additionally, Dowgate Capital has exercised the Broker Option for £90,000 Convertible Loan Notes. The total issued today amounts to £1.79 million in Convertible Loan Notes.
Proceeds will be utilized for repaying the CBILS Loan, product development, and general working capital. Justine Dowds, Chief Financial Officer, participated by subscribing for £15,000 in Convertible Loan Notes.
