OSMOSUN signs a key agreement with Unibios and publishes its 2024 annual report
On June 6, 2025, OSMOSUN announced the signing of a contribution agreement with Unibios Holding SA, involving the contribution of 6,913,580 Watera International shares, representing 30.06% of its capital. This project, discussed on May 23, 2025, includes a cash contribution of €1.6 million by Unibios.
This merger will be submitted to a vote at the General Meeting on June 30, following analysis of the report of the Statutory Auditor. At the same time, OSMOSUN has published the Statutory Auditors' report on the 2024 annual accounts, which is now available online. The documents for the General Meeting will be available by June 13.
