OSMOSUN receives an exemption from the AMF for its actions with Unibios

OSMOSUN announced on July 8, 2025 that it had received from the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) an exemption from the obligation to file a draft public offer on its shares for the benefit of the Greek company Unibios Holdings SA. This decision, dated July 3, 2025, comes as part of a strategic merger between the two companies.

With the suspensive constraints on the two companies' collaboration having been lifted, OSMOSUN plans to carry out a capital increase in cash and in-kind investments, approved by the general meeting on June 30, 2025. These operations will be carried out during the month of July. This step marks a significant development in the partnership between OSMOSUN and Unibios.
