Osmosun joins forces with Unibios through a strategic agreement

On May 23, 2025, Osmosun announced an agreement with Unibios Holdings SA, a listed Greek water treatment company. This agreement provides for Unibios to acquire a majority stake in Osmosun. The cash contribution amounts to €1.6 million, supplemented by a contribution of shares representing 30% of the capital of Watera International, a Unibios subsidiary. Unibios will also invest an additional €0.4 million through existing shareholders.

This merger will allow Osmosun, whose cash flow horizon was limited to July 2025, to continue its operations. Watera International, active in several European countries and the Middle East, brings Osmosun greater cost and market efficiency. A reorganization of the board of directors is also planned.
