OSMOSUN: Approval of the merger with Unibios
At the Combined General Meeting of June 30, 2025, OSMOSUN shareholders unanimously approved the resolutions concerning the merger with the Greek company Unibios Holding SA, listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. The quorum reached was 68.52%. This transaction is, however, conditional on Unibios obtaining an exemption from the AMF, exempting it from the obligation to file a public tender offer for OSMOSUN shares.
OSMOSUN, founded in 2014, stands out for its patented solar-powered water desalination technology. This innovation aims to provide drinking water sustainably and economically. As of December 31, 2024, the company had sold 78 desalination units in 27 countries.
