Orogen Royalties Joins BHP's 2025 Xplor Program

Orogen Royalties Inc. has been selected to participate in the 2025 BHP Xplor program, a notable achievement for the company. The program, aimed at supporting generative exploration in Western North America, includes only eight companies chosen from hundreds of applicants. Orogen's inclusion grants them access to BHP's global expertise and networks.

Orogen will benefit from a non-dilutive grant of approximately US$500,000 and in-kind services with BHP and industry experts. This funding will help both parties develop geological concepts and accelerate exploration initiatives. Orogen's CEO, Paddy Nicol, expressed excitement about the collaboration, highlighting BHP's recognition of their data-driven approach.

The initiative is part of BHP's larger effort to encourage mineral exploration needed for the energy transition. Orogen's participation is expected to expedite geological concept development and exploration timelines.
