Organto Foods Inc. has announced an increase to its non-brokered private placement financing from C$5,000,000 to up to C$5,500,000. The company plans to offer up to 55,000,000 common shares at $0.10 per share. This increase aligns with ongoing debt restructuring activities, expecting a total of 155,000,000 shares once completed.

The raised funds are designated for repaying short-term loans and boosting working capital. Certain company directors and officers may participate in this placement, qualifying as a "related party transaction." The process awaits TSX Venture Exchange approval and will adhere to mandatory holding periods for issued securities.

Additionally, Organto has granted 1,300,000 stock options and 150,000 restricted share units to officers and directors under the company's incentive plans, reflecting continued investment in its leadership.
