Organto Foods Reports Strong Support at Annual General Meeting
Organto Foods Inc. announced the successful results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 25, 2025. A total of 65,975,601 common shares, representing approximately 57.9% of eligible outstanding shares, were voted at the meeting, with all resolutions receiving over 99% support.
Shareholders reviewed the financial statements for the years ending December 31, 2024, and 2023, alongside the auditor's report. Five directors were elected: Steve Bromley, Peter Damouni, Peter Gianulis, Alejandro Maldonado, and Joe Riz. Additionally, Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP was appointed as the independent auditor for the next year.
The continuation of Organto's Share Option and Restricted Share Unit Plans was approved until the next annual general meeting.
