Ordinary annual and extraordinary General Meeting of June 25, 2024: provision of preparatory documents and terms of participation
The company Intrasense has announced the holding of its ordinary annual and extraordinary General Meeting on June 25, 2024. On this occasion, the necessary preparatory documents are made available to all shareholders of the company.
The shareholder guide, which includes all the practical information for exercising shareholder rights, is available online. The Financial Markets Authority (AMF) urges shareholders to actively participate in the vote.
