Orange Voluntarily Withdraws from NYSE While Maintaining ADR Program

Graphique de l'évolution du cours de l'action ORANGE (EPA:ORA).

Orange has announced that it has completed its voluntary delisting from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), ending the listing of its American Depositary Shares (ADS). The group has filed a deregistration certificate with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), after submitting a Form 15F. This deregistration will also affect several bonds issued by the company.

For ADS holders, Orange maintains a Level 1 program, guaranteeing trading on the US over-the-counter (OTC) market under the symbol “ORANY”. Despite its withdrawal, Orange will continue to report its financial results in accordance with IFRS standards, in compliance with US regulations.

Orange shares will remain listed on Euronext Paris, its main listing platform.
