Orange: Results of the consent solicitation for 2031 bonds

On October 10, 2024, Orange announced the results of the solicitation of consent of holders of the 9.00% New York Bonds due March 2031. The amendment to the Indenture of March 14, 2001 was approved at a meeting held for this purpose. This amendment aims to adapt the reporting to French requirements for companies listed on Euronext Paris.

The consultation reached the necessary quorum and received the required majority approval. Payment of the early consent fee is expected within four business days following the close of the meeting. The necessary documentation was sent on September 25, 2024 to the holders of the relevant bonds.
