OPPO Unveils Agentic AI Initiative at Google Cloud Next 2025

At the Google Cloud Next 2025 conference in Las Vegas, OPPO introduced its strategic vision for Agentic AI. This initiative highlights OPPO's leadership in AI experiences through both internal development and strategic collaboration with Google. Jason Liao, President of the OPPO Research Institute, emphasized the company's focus on enhancing AI experiences for users.

OPPO showcased its AI Search system, developed with Google Cloud, which allows users to efficiently search complex multimodal document information via natural language queries. OPPO is also advancing in AI Productivity, Creativity, and Imaging, along with exploring personalized and intelligent user experiences.

A new user knowledge system is being developed to centralize and personalize AI experiences by learning from user activities and interests. This aims to address information fragmentation on mobile devices, steering towards intelligent AI-driven operating systems.

Earlier in 2025, OPPO launched the AI Private Computing Cloud (PCC) utilizing Google Cloud's Confidential Computing. The initiative ensures AI data processing in a secure, isolated system with end-to-end encryption. OPPO aims to empower nearly 100 million users globally by the end of the year with its AI technology.
