Opening of anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of lysine originating in China

Clermont-Ferrand, May 23, 2024 - METabolic EXplorer (METEX), specialist in industrial fermentation, announces the opening by the European Commission of an anti-dumping investigation into imports of lysine from China.

This approach follows a complaint from METEX NØØVISTAGO, a subsidiary of the METEX group and the only producer of lysine in Europe, based in Amiens. The European Commission considers that there is sufficient evidence to justify this investigation.
