ONE EXPERIENCE, an events and hospitality group, is strengthening its ONE NEST subsidiary with a new building in Saint-Nazaire. Designed for local employees, this co-living facility underscores the group's commitment to eco-responsible and inclusive housing.

ONE NEST's portfolio expands with 12 buildings totaling over 4,000 m². The company is planning an additional 1,200 m² in six cities. This renovation improves the building's energy performance, moving from DPE G to B, in line with Saint-Nazaire's energy transition.
