Zentra Group plc Issues 300,000 Warrants for Advisor Services

Zentra Group plc, a Manchester-based residential developer, has announced the issuance of 300,000 warrants. These warrants are granted in exchange for services provided by advisor Hybridan LLP. Each warrant allows the holder to subscribe for shares at an exercise price of 4p per share.

The warrants will be exercisable over a five-year period starting from December 11, 2024, coinciding with the company's admission to the Access Segment of the AQSE Growth Market. Warrants not exercised by the end of this period will automatically expire.
