ONE EXPERIENCE 2023 Annual Results: Growth in Turnover Despite Negative Net Profit

The ONE EXPERIENCE group has published its results for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, with a turnover amounting to €5 million, marking an increase of 63% compared to the previous year. This progression results from the integration of Compagnie Meeting since July 2023 and reflects a favorable dynamic in the group's activities, specializing in the management of land assets and the offering of hospitality solutions.

Despite this growth in turnover, the group's EBITDA and operating profit demonstrate a contrary situation with -0.2 M€ and -0.6 M€ respectively. The group's share of net income also recorded a loss of -€0.7 million. Nevertheless, the balance sheet remains solid with €8.1 million in equity and cash of €0.9 million. The net debt ratio remains moderate at 39%.

For 2024, ONE EXPERIENCE is focusing on profitability, mainly through its events and co-living activities, by optimizing its asset portfolio in the most profitable segments. Asset management and strategic orientation towards contributing activities are at the heart of the group's development policy.
