Onco-Innovations Concludes Private Placement for $2 Million

Onco-Innovations Limited, a Canadian company listed on CBOE and Frankfurt exchanges, has completed its non-brokered private placement. The transaction raised $2,000,000 through the issuance of 1,428,570 units at $1.40 each. Each unit includes one common share and a half warrant, with warrants exercisable at $2.00 for up to 36 months.

The funds will support general corporate needs, including operational and research initiatives. The company paid $119,999.94 and granted 85,714 warrants to finders who played a role in the placement. Additionally, Onco-Innovations issued 14,286 shares to a third party for administrative services.
