OLYMPIQUE LYONNAIS: Transactions on Own Shares Carried Out in May 2024
The Olympique Lyonnais group (EAGLE FOOTBALL GROUP) has communicated the details of the transactions in its own shares carried out from May 27 to 31, 2024. This declaration is part of their share buyback program.
During this period, a total volume of 1,359 shares was repurchased. The weighted average acquisition price is 2.20 euros per share. These transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris (XPAR) market.
On May 27, 28 shares were bought back at 2.19 euros each. On May 28, 399 shares at an average price of 2.20283 euros were acquired. On May 29 and 30, respectively 128 and 462 shares were repurchased at average prices of 2.19 and 2.20593 euros. Finally, on May 31, 342 shares were bought back at 2.19 euros each.
