Postponement of the publication of the 2024/2025 annual accounts for Olympique Lyonnais
Olympique Lyonnais Group has delayed the publication of its 2024/2025 annual accounts, initially scheduled for October 28, 2025. This delay, decided by the Board of Directors, is intended to allow for the finalization of an external review of financial flows with its related parties. The financial statements are expected no later than November 30, 2025.
Management remains confident in its 2025/2026 targets, despite an unfavorable forecast for 2024/2025. Eagle Football Holdings Bidco has provided the Company with an €87 million loan and a €30 million bank guarantee in support.
The club has received approval from the DNCG to remain in Ligue 1, with recruitment restrictions and a limited payroll. OL is participating in the 2025/2026 Europa League and is aiming for European qualification in 2026/2027.
