OLX Group Announces New Chief Marketing Officer Andrew Garrihy
OLX Group, a leading global online classifieds player, has appointed Andrew Garrihy as its new Chief Marketing Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Garrihy joins the Executive Team, reporting directly to CEO Christian Gisy. He aims to lead OLX's marketing strategy into a new phase, with a focus on demand building and value communication of OLX's marketplaces. AI integration in marketing operations will be a central part of his role.
Garrihy brings a wealth of international marketing expertise, having worked across 170 countries. Before rejoining OLX, he was involved with firms like Huawei and Samsung. His prior experience as CMO of OLX Autos, alongside his technical know-how, will be instrumental in embedding AI into OLX's marketing processes.
CEO Christian Gisy highlighted the importance of Garrihy's vision for using AI to enhance customer experiences. This announcement follows OLX's impressive revenue growth and sustained investment in AI since 2018.
