Issue of subscription warrants at ODIOT SA

ODIOT SA has announced the issuance of share subscription warrants reserved for its directors. Following a delegation from the general meeting of shareholders in May 2025, the board of directors approved the transaction on September 12, 2025. A maximum of 33,259 warrants were issued, at a subscription price of €3.60 and an exercise price of €39.60, with a subscription period from September 12 to 16, 2025.

On October 22, 2025, it was noted that three directors had subscribed for all warrants, granting the right to 33,259 new shares for five years. The investment represents confidence in the ODIOT brand renewal strategy, with a commitment of €1,317,056.40 for the future acquisition of shares.
