On October 25, 2024, Odiot Holding, a major shareholder of the renowned goldsmith, announced a strategic reorganization of its management. This initiative aims to strengthen the harmony between strategy and its operational implementation.

Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat, current Chairman of the Board of Directors, will now also assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, becoming Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. This merger of roles aims to ensure rapid decision-making and alignment of strategic objectives.

Laetitia Maffei has been appointed Deputy Managing Director. She will be in charge of day-to-day management and will support management, ensuring continuity of leadership and optimizing internal skills.
