Oceansix Future Paths Ltd. (TSXV: OSIX) has provided an update on the voting process for its upcoming annual and special meeting of shareholders on July 18, 2024. The company has distributed a Notice and Management Information Circular dated June 20, 2024.

Key resolutions to be considered include the conversion of debts owed to RAM.ON GmbH, Sullam Holdings L.R. Ltd., and Tedea Technological Development and Automation Ltd. into common shares. Additionally, shareholders will vote on the issuance of units to RAM.ON, Sullam, Renah Persofsky, and Yoav Horowitz as part of a private placement aimed at raising up to CDN $3 million.
