Number of voting rights and shares of the company EVERGREEN

EVERGREEN, in accordance with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), informs on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of July 31, 2024.

As of this date, EVERGREEN's share capital is composed of 40,171,460 shares. These shares represent a total of 59,530,939 theoretical voting rights. The exercisable voting rights amount to 59,465,597, after deduction of 130,357 treasury shares held by the company, which are deprived of voting rights.

These elements are communicated in order to maintain transparent information for investors and the public, in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the AMF. This framework ensures a better understanding of threshold crossings and voting rights available for future decisions within the company.
