NRJ GROUP: Voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2024

NRJ Group has published information on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of July 31, 2024, in accordance with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of July 31, 2024, NRJ Group had 78,107,621 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 144,315,288, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 143,628,076. The difference between these two figures is due to the shares whose voting rights are currently suspended.

NRJ Group recalls the existence in its statutes of a clause imposing an obligation to declare the crossing of thresholds complementary to the legal thresholds established by French law.
