NR21 posts a profit in 2023 despite the absence of activity

On February 28, 2024, the company NR21, a company listed on Euronext Paris and controlled by the Altarea group since August 2019, published its annual results for the financial year ending December 31, 2023. Despite the fact that the company has not carried out no activity during this period, does not hold any subsidiary or participation, and does not employ any employees, NR21 managed to make a profit this year.

The key figures for 2023 indicate a negative operating result similar to that of the previous year, amounting to (107,688) euros. Nevertheless, thanks to a significantly improved financial result, at 299,649 euros compared to 15,551 euros in 2022, NR21 recorded a net profit of 191,961 euros, marking a clear improvement compared to the loss of 92,211 euros the previous year. The company's total balance sheet and shareholders' equity also saw a slight increase compared to 2022.

Concerning the prospects, NR21, under the control of Altarea, plans to become a vehicle for real estate investments mainly in France, in connection with the activities of the Altarea group in real estate. However, this has not yet been reflected in the company's activities during 2023.
