Novacyt Updates on Liquidity Agreement and Voting Rights

Novacyt S.A., a specialist in clinical diagnostics, has provided an update on its liquidity agreement with Invest Securities SA. Between October 1 and October 31, 2024, Invest Securities purchased 35,522 ordinary shares, priced between €0.63 and €0.76. They sold 29,221 shares at prices ranging from €0.64 to €0.80. Currently, 82,311 of these shares are held in treasury.

The total number of Novacyt's ordinary shares stands at 70,626,248. Shareholders can use this figure for assessing disclosure requirements under French law.

This agreement, established in 2016, allows Invest Securities to manage share liquidity for Novacyt, with certain conditions and shareholder approvals guiding the process.
