Notice of ABB's Annual General Meeting on March 21, 2024

ABB has announced the holding of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The event will take place at Halle 550, Birchstrasse 150, in Zurich, Switzerland, and will also be broadcasted online. Shareholders registered in the register with voting rights before March 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. (CET), are eligible to participate. They can request their admission card either by mail or via e-voting by responding before March 15, 2024.

Shareholders unable to attend in person can vote by proxy or use electronic voting. The platform www.gvote.ch is available for this purpose. Details of the voting procedures can be found on ABB's website.

The agenda includes approval of the 2023 management and financial reports, advisory votes on the remuneration and sustainability reports, as well as the election of members of the board of directors and auditors. ABB emphasizes its commitment to industrial innovation and sustainability.
