North Peak Resources Completes Final Tranche of Private Placement

North Peak Resources Ltd. has successfully closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement. In this final tranche, the company issued 416,667 equity units at C$0.60 each, raising C$250,000. Overall, the private placement resulted in 9,031,666 units issued, with total gross proceeds reaching C$5,418,999.

Each unit includes one common share and a half warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at C$0.90 within 18 months, subject to acceleration. A provision allows for acceleration of warrant expiration if shares trade above C$1.50 for 20 consecutive days.

Proceeds will support the exploration and development of mining assets, business development, and cover general expenses. The transaction awaits final TSX Venture Exchange approval, with finder fees and warrants issued to Haywood Securities Inc.
