North Peak Resources Engages GRA Enterprises for Investor Relations

Calgary, Alberta--North Peak Resources Ltd. (TSXV: NPR) has engaged GRA Enterprises LLC for investor relations services. This collaboration, effective from July 8, 2024, will encompass the creation and dissemination of investor bulletins and social media posts.

The agreement, valued at US$50,000 for six months, involves GRA Enterprises, also known as National Inflation Association. The consulting firm holds no significant control over North Peak but possesses 59,400 common shares of the company. Approval from the TSX Venture Exchange is pending.

North Peak Resources is a Canadian gold exploration company focused on acquiring historical sites with near-term production potential. The company currently holds an 80% interest in the Prospect Mountain Mine complex in Nevada.
