North Peak Resources Advances Drilling Program at Prospect Mountain to Target Gold

North Peak Resources Ltd. (TSXV: NPR), also known as "the Company" or "North Peak," is on the verge of executing its forthcoming drilling campaign at the Prospect Mountain Property in Eureka, Nevada. The drilling plan, which aims to explore up to 15,000 feet across 20-30 holes, is primarily focused on gold zones within the Prospect Mountain North area, particularly surrounding the historical high-grade gold mines of Williams, Wabash, and Chicago.

This exploration initiative seeks to follow up on previously promising assays, including an interesting discovery from a sole drill hole by Homestake Mining. CEO Brian Hinchcliffe highlighted the significance of these zones, noting Prospect Mountain's rich mining history and its lack of exploration since gold prices were significantly lower. Some historical drill results that the campaign intends to investigate further have shown notable gold and silver intersections, providing optimistic targets for the initiative.

Prospect Mountain consists of both patented and unpatented land claims, housing numerous legacy gold mines and extensive underground tunnels. The topography allows for efficient drilling strategies, with many holes potentially being completed within a single shift. In addition to its drilling program, North Peak Resources has extended its option deadline on the Kenogami Lake Project, located near Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
