NORMA Group Announces CEO Resignation and Interim Appointments
NORMA Group SE has announced the resignation of its CEO, Mr. Guido Grandi, due to strategic disagreements. His departure is effective from February 17, 2025. In response, the company has appointed Mr. Mark Wilhelms, the current Supervisory Board Chairman, as interim CEO during the search for a new leader.
The Supervisory Board is set to carry out a structured search for a new CEO, aiming for a resolution within a year. During this interim period, Mr. Wilhelms will transition into his new role starting February 18, 2025.
Additionally, Ms. Kerstin Müller-Kirchhofs has been appointed as the interim Chairperson of the Supervisory Board. This leadership changeover addresses immediate governance continuity and strategic oversight within NORMA Group.
